Supply Chain Supervisor

Career Objective:

Formulate and manage all local and foreign procurement procedures and logistic operations such as shipping, transportation, storage and warehouse management: by preserving and arranging materials and their flow within the appropriate procedures and conditions, at the appropriate time, within required quality and cost.

Purchases:

• Meet the company's needs of all products, services, materials and supplies that maintain the sustainability of the work locally and abroad within required cost and quality:

• Oils
• Fuel
• Supplies and consumables
• Services Agreements

• Prepare the annual needs plan in coordination with Management and head of departments.
• Participate in updating the status of the, maximum and minimum limit, the demand limit and the period of supply of items considering consumption rates.
• Evaluate suppliers, grow them, solve related problems, and search for new suppliers, or alternatives to materials used in the company.
• Manage negotiations with suppliers regarding product quality, prices, specifications, and payment terms.
• Resolve and settle disputes with suppliers.
• Prepare periodic reports on procurements and contracts.
• Adherence to the company's policies in all internal and external dealings of the company.

Logistics:

• Select the proper courier in terms of cost and service.
• Coordinate to perform shipping, transportation and clearance processes.
• Manage warehouses and insure space and compatibility to keep all types of stock.
• Adherence to the company's policies in all internal and external dealings of the company.

Inventory:

• Prepare and maintain appropriate quantities, and requesting supplies to keep the planned availability level.
• Maintain all materials under appropriate storage conditions.
• Develop policies and procedures for the flow of materials.
• Adherence to the company's policies in all internal and external dealings of the company.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related major.
• At Least 7 years of experience in field Supply Chain (Procurement, Logistics & Warehouses).
• Professional Certificate in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems.
• Excellent knowledge of the Jordanian market and relevant commercial legislation.
• Excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS international commercial terms.
• Able to build long-term relationships with suppliers and potential business partners.
• Excellent Negotiations and concluding contracts.
• Excellent in business correspondence in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and within teams to achieve objectives.
• Work with sense of change and development.
• Excellent Computer and Internet skills, and Microsoft Office software.
• Able to prepare reports.

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

ما لا يقل عن 7 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال سلسلة التوريد (المشتريات واللوجستيات والمستودعات).

الشهادة المهنية في سلسلة التوريد ميزة إضافية.

معرفة وفهم قوي لعمليات الشراء والسياسات والأنظمة.

معرفة ممتازة بالسوق الأردني والتشريعات التجارية ذات الصلة.

معرفة ممتازة بشروط التجارة الدولية INCOTERMS.

قادرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع الموردين وشركاء الأعمال المحتملين.

مفاوضات وإبرام عقود ممتازة.

ممتاز في المراسلات التجارية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

مهارات تواصل كتابة وتحدثا ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة ، والعمل تحت الضغط ، وداخل الفرق لتحقيق الأهداف.

العمل بحس التغيير والتطوير.

مهارات ممتازة في استخدام الكمبيوتر والإنترنت وبرامج Microsoft Office.

قادرة على إعداد التقارير.
