King Hussein Cancer Center is seeking to hire the following vacancy:
Quality Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties
• Document control and the daily management of documents at KHCC, which include but not limited to:
1. Reviewing and editing policies for completeness, language and consistency with other KHCC Policies and Procedures.
2. Checking the quality and compliance of documents
3. Controlling documentation modification, distribution, issuance
4. Communicating all approved documents through KHCC portal site & to all concerned personnel.
5. Progress reporting of the documents status
6. Training employees in the proper way to create or fill out organization documents
7. Collaborating with the concerned KHCC departments to document all Performance Improvement Projects activities and to closely follow up on the progress of these projects.
8.Participating in the preparation of Quality Management training plans, agendas, materials, and other documents related to the training courses provided by the Quality Management Office to KHCC staff on a periodic basis and other external trainees when needed.
9.Contributing to the planning and implementation of educational activities related to the Accreditation/Certification process, and other QMO events and activities as needed.
10. Participating in establishing specific objectives and action plans in accordance with the KHCC Quality Management Strategic plan.
Education & Professional Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Engineering and Information Technology or a related field.
2. One year of relevant work experience
3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
4. Should have strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, dependable and able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
5. Has knowledge of quality principles and capability in quality tools, techniques and
6. approaches
7. Fluent in Arabic and English, both in writing and speaking.
8. Relevant quality professional certification (CPHQ, ASQ, Six Sigma, etc.)
9. Advanced computer skills including data processing, analysis and presentation.
1. درجة البكالوريوس في أحد المجالات التالية: إدارة المستشفيات ، إدارة الخدمات الصحية ، الصحة العامة ، التمريض ، الصيدلة ، الصيدلة الإكلينيكية ، علوم المختبرات الطبية ، الهندسة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات أو أي مجال ذي صلة. 2. سنة واحدة من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة 3. مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية قوية. 4. يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات تحليلية قوية ، وموجهة نحو التفاصيل ، ويمكن الاعتماد عليها وقادرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وذات المواعيد النهائية. 5. لديه معرفة بمبادئ الجودة والقدرة في أدوات الجودة والتقنيات و 6. النهج 7. يجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثة. 8. شهادة احتراف الجودة ذات الصلة (CPHQ ، ASQ ، Six Sigma ، إلخ.) 9. مهارات الكمبيوتر المتقدمة بما في ذلك معالجة البيانات وتحليلها وعرضها.
