OPTIMIZA is looking to hire a Marketing Manager with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, marketing, or any relevant field. Advanced degree in business or marketing is desirable.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing or any relevant field
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
• Excellent management skills with ability to effectively direct the company’s marketing operations in order to maximize revenues and profits.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
• Solid understanding of ICT industry.
• Fluent English skills
