We are looking for an outstanding candidate to fulfil the vacancy of Software Quality/Test
Manger in our offshore center in Amman. We are looking for those who have proven track records of successfully forming and manging result-drive teams:

- Manage all quality and testing teams (both manual and automation) in Amman office.
- Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating, etc.).
- Help build a practice through a continuous RnD approach.
- Define offshore software testing strategies and techniques.
- Define and implement proper KPIs for the testing team.
- Interview and hire QA and QC resources.
- Coach and mentor the testing analysts encouraging their career progression.
- Work with the test leads on escalation and projects risks.
- Plan and manage the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Prepare/review of test plans.
- Prepare/review of test reports.
- Meet and present to company’s clients.
Requirements- Proven experience as a quality/test manager in IT field.
- Thorough knowledge in software quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English & Arabic.
- Great attention to detail and a result driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Committed, reliable and trustworthy.
