Senior Graphic Designer

Are you looking for a new exciting role in design, Which allows you to develop your skills across various disciplines? Are you creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have innovative ideas? Do you have strong presentation skills? Are you eager to continuously improve the process of printing?

Then you are the right fit for us. We are searching for a designer who challenges the status quo, has an eye for beautiful design and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with the marketing manager to direct and produce creative presentations and marketing assets that achieve various campaign missions, align with Jerusalem Insurance brand guidelines and promote high-level design standards. You will lead the design and delivery process, plan assignments and concepts; develop, illustrate, revise designs and manage workflow before implementing final design.

Photography and filmmaking background is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

- Any other certificate is a plus.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a creative environment.

• Strong communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal), conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

• Excellent visual design skills and solid technical know-how

• Maintain awareness of technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

• Experience taking ownership of assignments from start to finish and with confidence at all levels

• Adobe 2D design, (3D design is a plus)

• Animation gif

• Animation videos

• Motion graphics is a plus

• Problem-solver with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.

• A demonstrated portfolio of successful digital and print campaigns

• Solid background in the following disciplines:

      Digital and print design, digital advertising and brand design

• Web site creative development, UX/IA (User Experience/Information Architecture), interactive design, and content strategies

• Solid knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs; Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), Sketch, and In Vision.

• Knowledge of Mac OS X

• Front-end development skills:  HTML/CSS – Working knowledge of CSS and HTML, with an understanding of the application of HTML5/CSS3 technologies in modern rendering technologies, including mobile browsers and technologies

Responsibilities: 

• Employ design thinking to advance creative output throughout the organization, partnering with account teams as a thought-leader for high-stakes engagements

• Interact with internal account teams and clients, understanding the challenges at hand and developing design strategies to achieve client goals

• Individually and collaboratively brainstorm, design, refine, and execute digital and print executions using current design and technology best practices

• Collaborate with design team on process, efficiencies and communication to best achieve successful work assignments

• Create design solutions and be confident using your skill sets on a range of projects from identity systems, website and mobile design, brand development, digital and print campaigns, infographics, share graphics, banner promotions, emails, and landing pages

• Present ideas clearly and compellingly to internal account teams and clients

• Provide accurate time and hour estimates to creative producers on new design projects and assignments and proactively meet time estimates and schedule deadlines
