*Job Description
B.C- 2-5 Years * Priority for certificate holders Home automation - AV System- BMS- CCTV- Access Control
Full knowledge of functionality and installation of BMS, CCTV, PA, and Access Control systems.
Perform installation of 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix, and other equipment ensuring the proper connection and termination.
Carry out all Internal testing including trouble shooting, cables tests, etc..
Assembly of different types of termination enclosure including fixing of internal chassis, devices, internal wiring, termination, testing, and labeling.
Assembly all kind of skids including internal piping, tubing, cabling, assembly of valves, instruments, including internal testing and labeling.
Perform all types of termination & labeling.
Perform all maintenance service requests as assigned including the Preventative Maintenance Program.
Perform normal electrical repair, assembly, maintenance and testing assignments.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of electrical equipment and devices at work site and ensure being operational.
Responsible to use and maintain right tools & equipment for the right application including servicing and cleaning.
Follow personal safety and protection procedures against possible hazards.
Perform different types of mechanical assembly and maintenance works e.g. dismantling, repair, welding, installing, alignment, cleaning, lubricating etc.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, perform other related duties when requested.
