Talent Acquisition Lead


We are an international FINTECH company named Lendo For Financing.
We are looking for the best professionals in order to join our Jordan team to reach our challenging goals.


Currently, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a:

TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively drives and executes a workforce planning for the entire site, selection and onboarding processes ensuring best practice and company policy are applied and the required competence is attracted and retained;
• Ensure target-oriented internal communication and task related qualification. Provide for employee and task related qualification regarding the requirements of Compliance;
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;
• Determine selection criteria;
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System;
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
• Lead, develop and deliver employer branding initiatives;
• Ensure employees documentation maintenance according to Local Labour Law Legislation;
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
• Forecast monthly and quarterly hiring needs by department;
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

REQUIREMENTS 
• Full HR circle knowledge;
• Strong hand on experience (3+ years) in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods in Talent Acquisition field, preferably in mass recruitment;
• Implementation of integrated compensation and employee benefits systems, programs and processes aligned to relevant Group Policies and Guidelines, in compliance with local Legislation and according to business requirements;
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
• Possesses both critical thinking capability and hands-on HR business plan implementation experience;
• Very good English languages both written and verbal;
• Demonstrated experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy;
• Independent work style, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal supervision;
• Proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers results);
• Experience working with HR systems, preferable with Recruiting Management Systems;
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office.
