Autodesk is seeking a dynamic high-energy Sales Manager with sound business acumen, natural sales instincts and strong ethical values to lead our office-based sales team of Territory Sales Representatives.

The successful candidate will be passionate about helping others learn and grow their sales career, courageous and someone who thinks as a founder.
This individual will also be the Site Representative for the office in Jordan.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and develop a team of Territory Sales Representatives
- Oversee and develop a SDR Manager and his direct team
- Develop an office culture of highly engaged employees in line with the Autodesk Culture of Think, Feel, Do
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Motivate individuals and talents to exceed their sales objectives through deal coaching, sales and product skills training and an inspiring mission-driven leadership
- Work closely with an extended team of professionals (from License compliance, to Technical Sales, to Marketing, to Customer Success, to Client Services, etc.) to ensure a flawless Customer experience and a successful expansion strategy
- Develop and leverage relationships with channel partners to improve the overall territory performance and exceed customers’ expectations
- Regularly report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates and billings attainment
- Work closely with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
- Continuously develop your Reps into sales-ready professionals for the next step in their careers
- Create a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at work
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in successfully managing people to achieve performance goals within an office-based sales team
- Extensive and proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise applications, with a proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectations
- Proven experience with developing highly performing teams and building trust across functions and departments to achieve common goals
- Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
- Prior inside sales experience a plus with a strong desire to be in technology sales
- Strong metrics and analytical orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Drive to continually develop talent through on the job coaching, mentorship and leading by example
- Fluency in English and Arabic
2- Sales Development Representative Turkey

Position Overview
The Sales Development Rep – Qualifies and/or sells direct to customers from inbound calls and/or inbound MQL’s. Interact with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Primarily responsible for quickly developing and transacting orders which require minimum sales activities. In cases where there is further discovery and more in-depth sales activities needed, they will qualify and then transfer opportunities appropriately.
Applicants should be highly motivated to pursue a career in Sales. This role offers you to experience how to directly sell to B2B clients. It provides you with an opportunity to grow into other Sales roles at a later stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and transact business directly to customers from inbound calls and outbound calls with help of MQLs
- Identify customer type and/or need early in discussion to route properly, i.e. Direct, Territory, Named Accounts, Midmarket, etc.
- Create, build, close and transact a qualified pipeline of customers
- Fully qualify and map key stakeholders, business processes and technical requirements on all deals
- Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner when necessary
- Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs/promos or projects initiated by sales management
- Create and manage a database of leads in salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining to close or transferring to appropriate team
- Manage time effectively by multitasking among outbound calls, inbound calls, trainings, administration and career development
- Navigate Autodesk resources to accommodate needs of customers
