24Online is seeking to hire technical support engineer with below qualification :

• Knowledge with servers DELL, IBM..ETC.
• Knowledge with Windows server ( domain controller, active directory, DNS, DHCP server, file server, Microsoft Exchange)
• Desktop support (format, deploy OS, etc )
• Knowledge with firewall & UTM configuration
• Knowledge with flat switches & routers
• Knowledge with Backup Solutions
• Knowledge with Office 365
• Very good in English ( speaking & writing )
• Must have a car.
• Experience 2-4 years
