Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager who has primary
responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the
finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting
and negotiations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
- Coordinate with Department Heads in preparing the Provisional and Final Budgets.
- Develop annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Corporation’s long term strategy.
- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Corporation.
- keep the corporate aware of the financial position and financial development of the Corporation.
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
- Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Corporation.
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
- (10-15) Years of Management Experience
- CMA or CPA Certificate
- Financial Planning and Strategy
