1- Business Development Officer

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a connected Business Development Officer who can work on sales, marketing, and
strategic analysis within our company. You will be in charge of supporting business development and
innovation by identifying new opportunities.
This includes understanding the capabilities of the company, identifying new prospects and new ways of
marketing our products, and coming up with new packages based on our capabilities and opportunities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understanding the target market, including the industry, our company, and the capabilities of Kiwi
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition and positioning
  •  Identifying new methods of enhancing products, services and business development
  •  Conduct research on prospective clients in targeted markets
  • Develop new business partners through networking, referrals, cold calls, emails, etc.
  • Perform market and competitive research
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Schedule and attend meeting or calls with prospective clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  •  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communication or any related fields.
  •  2-3 years of experience in the field of design or film.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
  •  Excellent organization skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  •  Ability to multi task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate information, technical or non-technical in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
2- Junior Creative

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a junior Creative Director who provides ideas, concepts and guidance in creating
engaging, innovative and dynamic video content. You will be responsible of supporting with the creative
side of video production from A to Z, starting with ideation and ending with delivering the final product.
This includes concept creation, pitch design and presentation, moodboards, guidance prior and during
production, post production support, among other things. You will be able to implement your creative
vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan, achieving the best possible outcome for
our projects visually and conceptually.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Conceive and implement concepts for video production projects and oversee them to completion.
  •  Collaborate with the Production Department to obtain briefs and knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
  • Develop marketing campaigns for clients based on their requirements.
  • Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas.
  • Write and design unique and well-crafted presentations that meet clients’ needs.
  • Create moodboards and storyboards that reflect the concepts you come up with visually.
  •  Present your ideas internally and to clients.
  •  Revise content and presentations and monitor quality of products executed.
  • Work closely with the Production Department during a project to ensure you create the best possible products for clients.
  • Monitor trends in video TVCs, ads, and video content online and implement appropriate new trends.
  •  Be aware of competitor work and strive to do better.
  • Direct and monitor post production and work closely with editors to ensure quality is up to par.
  •  Perform other duties, as assigned by the Production Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Film/Art/Design or any related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field of design or film.
