١-  Technical Operations Coordinator

Overview
We are a company that operates a state of the art secure digital goods distribution and delivery platform; that offer hundreds of instant online services such as Telecommunications charge cards, International top-ups, Gaming cards, and much more using in house build state of the art EVD Platform.
We are seeking an ambitious and focused Technical Operations Coordinator to become a part of our team; Candidate will be hired for training in Jordan for 3-6 months and then will have to relocate for work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding quotes, sales orders, recurring billing and pricing models related to the order fulfillment of prepaid cards
  • Provide technical assistance to both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems
  • Ensure timely revenue recognition of goods sold
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding order management and fulfillment
  • Recognize, monitor, and resolve account, contract and billing issues
  • Routinely audit internal transaction data for consistency and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience; experience with the telco industry is a plus; experience with SaaS products and service is also a plus.
  • Are a confident, ambitious and dedicated team player with an interest in a career in sales and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with focus on building relationships.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills allowing you to communicate well internally with your team members and externally with potential customers
  • Are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Google apps.
  • Have the ability to remain positive & focused under deadline pressure

  • Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


٢-  Corporate Sales and Business Development Coordinator

  • Support Business Development activities with all the stages of the business development and sales lifecycle.
  • Target, identify, research and initiate contact with leads and be able to initiate presentation meetings.
  • Maintain the shared client meeting calendar and associated tracking documents.
  • Write and submit service proposal and price quotes to clients. 
  • Qualify new leads by initiating outbound calls
  • Build & maintain a pipeline of new potential customers within our target market
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience with the telco industry is a plus; experience with SaaS products and service is also a plus.
