Job Description
1. Planning/scheduling appointments and keeping a follow up on the same

2. Support in arranging the events / meeting / conference for the departments

3. Prioritizing tasks, Professional working efficiency on M.S.Office, Calendar Management by prioritizing and scheduling internal & external meetings & appointments with CEO's contacts, official dignitaries as and when required, organizing Video & tele conferences

4. Provide seamless support for CEO's Travel: Booking Flight tickets - both via travel agent & online, Domestic and International.

5. Complete ownership of Directors files & important documents management. Maintain list of files and important documents, timely review with Directors in clearing the unimportant documents accordingly.

6. Ensure mailing greeting, gratitude cards, Diaries, calendars on behalf of CEO to his official dignitaries & contacts.

7. Composing and preparing correspondence, creating reports, documents and assists in developing/creating presentations.

8. Maintaining contact database of the clients on Client Database system

9. Recording minutes of meetings and effective end-to-end follow-up for closure of actionable
