Scanning Clerk
الوصف الوظيفي
• File employees’ personal documents in personal files.
• Double check that all documents are signed and filled in an appropriate way before start the scanning process.
• Scan IRD staff files and any others documents related to HR and upload them in the exact folder in HR shared.
• Insure that all employees’ files are scanned and cited specifically in employee soft copy file in HR folder.
• Organizing scanned documents to be easily reached.
• Keep periodic back up data in case of system crash.• Perform other duties as assigned.
المهارات
• Basic PC hardware and software knowledge.
• Highly organized and well versed in various types of filing systems and methodologies.
• comfortable working with computers and computer storage systems.
• Meet deadlines
• Ability to use latest scanner and imaging software• Strong attention to detail and skills in creating PDF, TIFF, and other image files
