Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Civil, Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree is a Plus)
- Supervising the implementation of the Facilities plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with Hikma’s rules and policies.
- Developing the Facilities function’s work plan; assigning work activities, projects, and programs, monitoring workflow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the Department's goals and plans.
- Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Facilities function.
- Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.
- Ensuring and monitoring continual improvement through the review of Potential areas of improvement, maintenance, operation policy, and through setting and monitoring Key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing and overlooking all facilities-related projects
- Managing new Facilities and Buildings purchases, install, and commissioning.
- Monitoring and controlling facilities expenditures and related budgets.
- Assuring the implementation of Good Engineering Practices.
