OPTIMIZA is seeking to hire a Technical Support Specialist as per the following requirements and qualifications:
· Has around 1 to 2 years of related experience.
· Knowledge and Practical Experience in Technical Support, MCSE, ITIL, A+.
· Checking the status of all systems and hardware.
· Replacing malfunctioning or damaged hardware.
· Installing and configuring new systems and hardware.
· Responding to help requests from staff members or clients.
· Running reports on systems and hardware status
· Troubleshooting software.
· Testing, assessing, and learning about updates and new technology.
