electrical engineering services.

Education:
- BSc. Degree in Electrical Engineering
Qualifications and Experience:
The applicant is expected to have experience in the following:
- LV distribution and motor control panel design, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- LV variable frequency drive and softstarter setup and commissioning for basic and advanced
applications
- Using hand and power tools for repair jobs
- Traditional motor starting and control methods
- Power quality calculations such as power factor and harmonics
- Automatic transfer switch systems
- Generator synchronization systems
- Knowledge about medium voltage distribution and motor control is a plus.
Other requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language for producing high-quality reports and achieving
efficient communication with the customers abroad and via email
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Readiness to travel outside Amman and/or Jordan for service activities
- Active driving license
Duties:
- Provide your input and discuss electrical panel design with the design team
- Perform routine tests on electrical panels and handle Factory Acceptance Tests in Volt
Automation’s factory.
- Supervise site installations and conduct commissioning activities of electrical equipment supplied
or retrofitted by Volt Automation.
- Attend sites for maintenance or analysis activities on electrical systems.
- Conduct site survey visits to estimate works for tendering projects, and provide efficient action
plans to secure the projects with the best quality and least cost possible
- Conduct electrical equipment repairs on site or in house.
- Prepare site reports and timesheets
- Lead cases with OEMs to reach decisive conclusions for technical issue

Design Engineers
Introduction:
Volt Automation is #hiring Design Engineers (Electrical and Control).
If you meet the following requirements and have the ambition to advance your career in this field, please

Education:
- Bsc Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of main aspects of a control panels design structure (Power distribution, control logic,
spacing, heating and cooling)
- Knowledge of LV Switchgear Forms, Motor Starters design and methods
- Proficiency of AutoCAD is a must, and in Eplan Electric P8 is a plus
- Junior and Senior positions are available. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
Other requirements:

Duties:
- Handling electrical and control panels design activities from beginning to end, including but not
limited to:
- Selection of protection and control equipment
- Designing LV panels: MDB, MCC, ATS, Synchronization Panels, Drives, etc.
- Designing power distribution schemes based on single line and multiline diagrams
- Designing Control Circuits based on control philosophy and I/O list
- Designing panels general arrangements and wiring diagrams based on optimal layout and
functionality
- Generating Power and Heat calculation and selecting climate control equipmen
