J. Sales Coordinator & customer service officer

Job description:

- Coordinate between clients and the hotel for any requests and rooms booking

- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Ensure most effective support for a company's sales team.

Qualifications and skills needed

- Bachelor degree in English language or administration

- Very good command in English

- Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skills
