1. Sales Officer, who is self-motivated, results- oriented and capable of working in a 

dynamic environment to determine the most effective solutions to increase company 

sales. The Sales Officer's responsibilities include recommending improvements to current 

sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as 

well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports. You should also be able to 

continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.

To be successful as a Sales Officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of industry 

regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding Sales Officer should have a strong work ethic and 

demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

 Calling & visiting potential customers to explain company products and encourage 

purchases.

 Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant 

departments as needed.

 Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

 Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and 

customer complaints.

 Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its 

target audience.

Sales Officer Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or 

related field is preferred.

 Proven sales experience.

 Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

 Effective communication skills.

 Exceptional customer service skills.

2. Pest Control Technician, who has good knowledge in helping customers identify and get 

rid of various pests. The pest control technician’s responsibilities include inspecting 

customers’ buildings, advising customers on possible treatment options, and clearing up 

any areas littered with work-related debris. You should also be able to efficiently carry 

out all duties without damaging customers’ property.

To be successful as a pest control technician, you should be able to accurately adjust chemical 

mixtures based on the quantity needed to eliminate the identified pests. Ultimately, an exceptional pest control technician should advise customers on additional services required for effective pest 

management programs. 

Pest Control Technician Responsibilities:

 Determining the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest.

 Advising customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate identified pests.

 Inspecting customers’ buildings to identify pest problems.

 Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job.

 Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.

 Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and 

complying with safety procedures.

 Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.

 Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.

Pest Control Technician Requirements:

 High school diploma or university degree 

 Valid driver’s license.

 Proven pest control experience.

 The ability to work in all weather conditions.

 Excellent problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication skills.

 Exceptional customer service skills.

 Detail-oriented.

Sales / Interior Design Consultant requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

 Greet clients on the sales floor, and determine their wants and needs. 

 Meeting clients, understanding client briefs, designing spaces in 3d max, and producing 

shop drawings for walls, furniture, kitchens and wardrobes. 

 Advising the clients with the suitable designs options.

 Interior Design or furniture background.

 Previous work experience is preferred.
