• Partner and establish a bond with clients and team members to support overall client experience
• Ensure overall team performance to drive client value awareness
• Quality planning and control to ensure clients overall experience with Yallow.
• Monitoring client engagements across different channels
• Enhance existing SOPs and design new ones
• Client account management and provide the required support
• Participate in onboarding new clients.
