Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer science or any related field.

· 2 years working experience with a Ticketing system, Microsoft Products, Educational field, and CRM platform is a plus.

.Very good customer service and communication skills and ability to work with people of various levels, backgrounds, and technical knowledge.
