Position Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - HR Business Partner
Function: Corporate Human Resources, Landmark Group
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Reporting to: Head of HR, Business Functions, Corporate
Objective:
The job holder will be responsible to provide comprehensive HR services which would include but not restricted to internal advisory role on matters such as company policies, people development, pay/remuneration, performance matters to Business Function teams.
The role will also be involved in key business transformation projects, organizational design & change management, new technology implementation, organizational culture and engagement related initiatives.
Key Areas of Work:
Business Partnering
- Partner with business functions on their transformational journey to drive efficient & agile operations through a high performing and engaged workforce.
- Drive a robust talent review process across functions. Create a talent heat map to identify the skills gaps and put forth a clear talent action plan for key functions.
- Identify a clear succession plan/HIPO for critical roles in key business functions
Performance Management
- Drive the annual performance management process across all functions
- Create a culture of timely goal setting at leadership level, proper cascade of goals and conclude timely review/feedback conversations
- Ensure moderation discussions and normalization during annual appraisal review process
- Prepare reports, leadership decks for annual appraisal review process
- On time closure of all promotion, pay correction and management inventive disbursement as per guidelines and timelines defined
Employee Engagement
- Work closely with business functions to understand the employee engagement gaps and design interventions to improve engagement levels
- Conduct focus group sessions, partner with leaders/teams on creating a clear action plan to drive engagement post GPTW result cascade
- Drive floor engagement and recognition at workplace, partner with key functions to conduct quarterly townhalls, business update meetings
- Partner with learning and development team to facilitate key learning initiatives
Employee Relations and People Matters
- Ensure efficient employee grievance redressal process, conduct fair investigation procedures in line with group code of conduct and consequence management policies
- Ensure smooth people transition process (transfer and exit management)
- Support business functions in timely fulfillment of vacant positions and ensure hiring is as per approved budget and organization structure
- Ensure governance of HR policies
Projects/Key Assignments
- Business People Review for respective functions
- Ensure function wide cascade and implementation of key policy changes
- Support key HR technology transformation projects
- Role-title governance/standardization
- Adhoc reports/MIS/HR dashboard
Relevant experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HRBP role/ HR COE role.
Skills and capabilities: Good knowledge of HR processes and organization policies, local labor law, effective communication and networking skills, good analytical and presentation skills
