Vacancy: Senior Customer Support Engineer - Jordan
Requirements:
1. (2-5) years of Proven Technical Support experience
2. Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Networking Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
Or/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
3. CCNP or CCIE Written certificate is a must
4. Effective English written and verbal communication Skills
5. Very good trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
