a. Education

Advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in monitoring and evaluation, social work, social sciences, gender, international development, public management and administration or other relevant related fields is required.

A first-level degree combined with one additional year of work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
b. Work Experience
-
One year of experience in any of the following areas (including a combination): prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, gender, gender based violence, sexual harassment, protection or workplace conduct is required.

Understanding of the international development and humanitarian architecture

Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills are preferable.

Previous involvement with and knowledge of the UN system would be an asset.

Previous involvement with and/or experience working with government, international Non-Governmental Organizations and Local Civil Society Organizations in Jordan and/or the wider Middle East is preferable.

Experience in developing and facilitating training and capacity-building activities is required

Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality measures is an advantage.

Computer literacy is required. Experience with google platform and tools (google docs, sheets etc.) is an advantage
c. Language:
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
