Male Call Center Agent
tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit “Male Call Center Agent” with the following responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers/patients at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels. (Tawk, Facebook messages & call center)
Full knowledge of doctors’ appointments & specialties to match patients’ cases to the appropriate doctor.
Responding promptly to customer/patient inquiries.
Keeping records of customer reservations, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.
Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
Lives in Amman.
To have a medical / healthcare background.
Ability to stay calm while dealing with patients.
Problem solving skills.
Able to do at least 250 calls per day to follow up with customers.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Presentable and able to communicate with clients
Good convincing skills.
Can work Under pressure.
Good English language.
Requirements:
Working days are from Saturday to Thursday.
