b) Job requirements:
· The job applicant must be fluent in English (Writing, Speaking and Reading)
· Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks. Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical and applications problems.
· Resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot system/network problems and log bugs and enhancement requests.
· Monitor that backup and recovery processes and ensure overall system stability.
· Monitor the availability of resources according to the approved budget and workforce planning.
· Keep assets’ records updated and audited.
· Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers. Collect and compare quotations according to the procurement procedures.
· Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and website.
· Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
· Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
