A reputable ICT company located in Amman – Jordan require for immediate hiring Managed Service Officer.
Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, software engineering, or Network Engineering.
• Excellent English language
• 1 year of relevant experience is preference. fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
• Ability to solve problems
• Proficiency with computer software programs
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Duties:
• Report to Managed Service Manager
• Shows initiative and acts independently or as a team member to resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
• Network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience are a plus.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Writing and implementing efficient code.
• Ability to create scripts.
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
