Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, social studies, or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
- Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Problem-solving, decision-making
aptitude, Strong ethics, Outstanding organizational and time-management
abilities.
