Job Responisibilites:
- The Relationship officer is primarily responsible for retaining business via telemarketing
- Increase client’s base in the CFD business at ingot brokers
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Safe recording/Keeping and security of leads and client’s data.
- Resolve customer complaints/enquiries quickly and effectively
- Gain hands-on skill on using internal Customer relationship portal and Meta-quotes software
- Thoroughly follow up on the client’s journey
Requirments:
- University degree in Business, Finanace or Economics
- 2-3 years expereince is sales
- Financail markets basic understanding
- Soft skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Arabic

المتطلبات:
شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الاقتصاد
2-3 سنوات expereince هو المبيعات
الفهم الأساسي لأسواق التمويل
المهارات اللينة
مهارات كتابة وتحرير ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
