Administrative Officer - Communication and Documentation.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in a Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong organizational, coordination and writing skills.
- Excellent command of related software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop).
- Photoshop skills.
- Proven fluency in Arabic & English languages (e.g. IELTS, TOEIC).
- Proven experience in similar job/s, preferably in project management field.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the department day-to-day communications and coordination between all concerned parties including but not limited to the local governmental entities, consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc., as well as between internal departments.
· Organize the flow of all documents, maintain and register physically and digitally in a proper manner to refer to and provide them quickly and efficiently when required.
· Take and document MoM accurately and present them in well-organized manner.
· Prepare ad-hoc reports with visual presentations when required.
· Type and edit documents with attention to details and check for accuracy.
· Maintain confidentiality of information and terms of agreements.
