Distribution & CC Reporting Sr. Officer
Job Purpose:
Responsible for generating reports and figures of the various data available from the retail and customer care, that would provide insight on sales numbers, trends, or other behaviors. In addition to, bringing technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help the management, and organization make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
Distribute the targets on monthly basis for all shops and individuals within the shop.
- Generate the needed reports from the system and design a target distribution plan based on the previous sales behaviors
- Distribute the targets on monthly basis per shop and per individual
- Ensure the monitoring of the sales behaviors and come up with plans to develop the targets and the sales in the upcoming months
Calculate and track the achievement on daily, weekly and monthly basis for Distribution and Customer Care members.
- Updating new performance indicator according to actual performance.
- Perform frequent monitoring on employees performance results on regular bases.
Provide reports and root cause analysis for distribution & customer care behaviors that needs improvement and align efforts to come up with action plans.
- Prepare the needed analysis to define the performance impact on business.
- Introduce new ideas to play a role in improving overall department performance
- Review historical volume to create reliable volume forecasts
- Prepare action plans in coordination with concerned parties and follow it up
Automate all routine tasks, reports and manual work
- Centralize all measured data within one view
- Create, communicate, and track all KPIs through automated tools.
- Assist in developing methods, procedures and reporting to automate the reporting, forecasting and feedback cycles.
- Automate all routine reports and eliminate manual work
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any relate fields
Work Experience: 2 - 5 years
Knowledge Of:
- Telecom industry
- Umniah Products and Services (functionality, price, availability)
- Umniah packages (products included, price, availability)
- Customer Care & Distribution process and procedures
- Customer Care & Distribution systems and KPI's
Skills In:
- Customer Care: Problem solving techniques, Agent utilization tools & techniques, Customer care channels, Customer care applications, Customer care applications, Lead generation and referral
- Process Management: Business processes and procedure
- Excellent command of English language speaking and writing
- Excellent command of MS office
- Analysis Techniques
- Reporting skills
