Vision International is an executive headhunting firm located in the Middle East. Our recruitment team is looking to expand and we are currently seeking an Executive Assistant that will assist our senior recruiting team in all administrative/recruiting duties. We are Looking for a proactive and autonomous individual who is ready to tackle a new stimulating challenge by joining our fast-growing company!
As an Executive Assisstant, you will be reporting to our senior consultants to complete the varied administrative and recruiting duties on hand.
Tasks:
- Book phone interviews for the shortlisted candidates
- Prepare phone interview guides based on requirements of the role
- Interface with clients to coordinate interview schedules
- Answering phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Respond to texts and emails in a fast manner
- Conduct research tasks that are given by senior consultants
- Carry out any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- STRONG verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and track progress
- Ability to professionally call clients and candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Previous administrative experience is a MUST
- Experience in high volume recruitment is an asset.
- Strong research capabilities (you will need to find information quickly)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
