Business Technology Executive
Job Description
- Take ownership of the reported issues on Aramex online channels by the customers or internal stakeholders and troubleshoot them.
- Work closely with the IT teams to solve the reported issues on Aramex online channels.
- Gather business requirements from different stakeholders and shape them in a clear way to deliver them to the IT team.
- Cooperate with other stakeholders if needed to troubleshoot the issues.
- Do a continuous testing on the online channels whenever there is a new release and report the issues to the concerned teams.
- Follow up on all the issues with the teams to make sure they're solved in a timely manner.
- Assist in the analysis needed to be conducted regularly on the digital channels.
- Conduct Training sessions for the internal users globally on Aramex digital channels.
- Cooperate with the marketing team and other stakeholders in updating and translating the training materials of Aramex digital channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS or Business.
- Excellent command Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command in English; writing, speaking and reading.
- Well organized.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with teams.
