An Architectural Designer & Interior finishing company in (Riyadh) are looking for (Arch Quantity Surveyor) . With material and drawings review background.
Responsible for:
* Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.
* Valuations – including value engineering and management.
* Feasibility studies.
* Cost benefit analysis.
* Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.).
Requirements:
* Should have 5+ years of experience in construction finishing projects, and Arch commercial experience.
* Any nationality, with locally transferable Iqama (min validity of 3 months).
