NOC & SOC Specialist

What will you do?
You will be handling technical problems escalated from Level 1.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Plan, Design and Implement customer solutions and configuration changes
• Provide Level 1 & 2 with adequate technical tools for monitoring and managing systems and networks
• Maintain and monitor the Data Center and NOC & SOC infrastructure
• Advanced problem troubleshooting/isolation
• Advanced problem resolution following written procedures
• New procedures creations/initiations
• Procedures maintenance and validation
• Report creation, validation & distribution
• Trigger technical escalation processes
• Execute scheduled tasks
• Security Management – customer escort, SIEM, Sandbox, Vulnerability management
• Hosting projects implementation (Firewalls, DNS, switch configurations, network operating systems configurations, etc.)
• Delivery reception and inventory
• NOC & SOC projects execution
• Tools, reports & NOC & SOC infrastructure implementations and changes
• New customer implementation plan execution
• Documentation of installation set-up and configuration
• Perform acceptance tests of the service in collaboration with the project manager
• Provide technical support (Level 1-when needed and Level 2) on all Data Center products and solutions. This includes being part of the after-hours on-call rotation support.
• Assist in other related activities and projects as necessary
• Availability outside Normal Working Hours for urgent matters

Ability to work on different shifts (A/B/C) and during the holidays is required.

حل المشكلة المتقدم بعد الإجراءات المكتوبة

إبداعات / مبادرات إجراءات جديدة

إجراءات الصيانة والتحقق

إنشاء التقرير والتحقق من صحته وتوزيعه

بدء عمليات التصعيد الفني

تنفيذ المهام المجدولة

إدارة الأمن - مرافقة العملاء ، SIEM ، Sandbox ، إدارة الثغرات الأمنية

تنفيذ مشاريع الاستضافة (جدران الحماية ، DNS ، تكوينات المحول ، تكوينات أنظمة تشغيل الشبكة ، إلخ.)

استقبال التسليم والمخزون

تنفيذ مشاريع NOC و SOC

الأدوات والتقارير وتطبيقات وتغييرات البنية التحتية لشهادة عدم الممانعة و SOC

تنفيذ خطة تنفيذ العميل الجديد

توثيق إعداد التثبيت والتكوين

إجراء اختبارات قبول الخدمة بالتعاون مع مدير المشروع

تقديم الدعم الفني (المستوى 1 - عند الحاجة والمستوى 2) على جميع منتجات وحلول مركز البيانات. يتضمن ذلك أن تكون جزءًا من دعم التناوب بعد ساعات العمل عند الطلب.

المساعدة في الأنشطة والمشاريع الأخرى ذات الصلة حسب الضرورة

التوفر خارج ساعات العمل العادية للمسائل العاجلة

القدرة على العمل في مناوبات مختلفة (أ / ب / ج) وأثناء الإجازات.

The Suitable Candidate Should Fit The Below Requirements: 

• Computer and Communication Engineer (CCE) or another degree in relevant discipline
• 2 - 4 years of experience in any of the following: 
1. Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Ethernet)
2. Systems (windows, SQL, Exchange)  
3. Security management (SIEM, Sandbox, Vulnerability management)

مهندس الكمبيوتر والاتصالات (CCE) أو درجة أخرى في التخصص ذي الصلة

2 - 4 سنوات خبرة في أي مما يلي:

الشبكات (Cisco و Fortinet و Juniper و Ethernet)

الأنظمة (windows ، SQL ، Exchange)

إدارة الأمن (SIEM ، Sandbox ، إدارة الثغرات الأمنية)

Experience & Skills Required:
·       Good hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and managing any of the following:

1. Routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. SAN, NAS appliances and backup solutions.
3. Virtualization technologies.
4. Security appliances.

·       Good Service Desk and Network management tools knowledge.
·       Systematic and Process oriented. 
·       Good troubleshooting skills.
·       Good communication skills.


English and Arabic are a must.
