Job Description
Position Title: IT Administrator
Location: Amman/Jordan

Summary:

Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting a ’s computer systems. He/she will be responsible for installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware. Network Administrator will also be involved in data backup and recovery, maintain the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email, PCs, and laptops.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To support all the team members by solving any technical problem they might face with their machines or with the network.
To maintain the network inside the company office.
Ability to format, install and upgrade any machine in the company.
To be accountable about maintaining the media storage.
To be accountable of the DVR system.
To manage the email service cloud service. 
To manage the Server (VM’s, Active Directory … etc.). 
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or any related field but it shall be supported with a proof experience in such computer maintenance and network administration, A+ or MCSE certificates are added great value.

Minimum -experience Requirements

Preferred to be 4-5 years of experience in the field.

Skills required:

Computer skills

Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of computer science and information systems.
Advanced knowledge of principles of complex network systems security measures, tools, policies and practices.
Knowledge of use, capacity, characteristics and limitations of computer hardware and software.
Experience in Managing cloud systems like Microsoft Office and CRM Online is a plus
Personal skills

Good customer service/handling skills
High level of communication skills
Service-oriented and patient
Able to work cohesively in a team
