A company in Amman wishes to hire Maintenance Supervisor
* Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
- 3-5 years minimum work experience.
- Fluent in English.
* Duties:
- Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department.
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
- Ensure efficient maintenance/repair schedules and review the cost estimates.
- Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
- Control and monitor inventory.
- Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
- Display good organization and time management, prioritize duties and successfully complete duties on time.
