Corporate Operations Leader
Job description:
- Develop strategy and implementation for the future of the Last-Mile Process.
- Lead the implementation of the Last-mile strategy and digital transformation through the network in the regional office and Operations managers in each Country.
- Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Last-mile digital transformation plan with all stations across the network.
- Successfully lead the last-mile team to deliver Innovation and Renovation projects to the network until project closure.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and vision to the Last-Mile organization with a keen eye toward operational excellence, leveraging systems, and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity of the operations.
- Continually identify, develop and execute new areas for cost savings, working capital efficiency, and operational improvement.
- Develop and achieve essential delivery performance and quality metrics of the last mile.
Job Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills verbally and written.
- Have interest in researching new technologies and staying up to date.
- Ability to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze Current processes and improve them.
- Statistical and Analytical skills and tools.
- 5 to 7 years Operations experience in medium to large scale companies with Ecommerce or last mile Operations.
- Experience in Last mile Delivery operations.
- Operational experience on the ground implementing projects and managing people.
- Preferably Studied Industrial Engineering, Supply chain, logistics or MIS.
- Excellent command of English.
- Computer skills is a must.
