Outbound Agent/Sales Representative:

Duties:

Make outbound clients calls to promote and sell a product or service.

Create, maintain and update database of clients with complete information and emails.

Consolidate existing client base while building new client base.

Record outbound call history and clients response in detail.

Ensure clients follow-up all the time.

Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.

Handle client’s needs and requirements and respond to their inquiries and resolve.

Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.

Keep track of the latest stories with the media outlets

Requirement:

Previous experience in customer service.

Research and Problem-solving skills .

fluent in Ukrainian is required.
