Requirements:
1. Very good command of German language (written and spoken)
2. A four-year degree in MIS, BIS, modern languages, or any related field
3. 1- 2 years of experience in customer care/ support or project management
4. Excellent business communication skills
5. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
6. English fluency (written and spoken)
