Office Admin and Order Processing



Job Description and Requirements
Main Purpose of the Job: Ensure that Al Salwa operations are carried out efficiently, accurately and economically. Responsible for all office admin and order processing activities. Ensure that Al Salwa procedures are followed and improved where necessary.
Applicant must be fluent in English.
Main Tasks of the Job:
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of Al Salwa products, customers and order processing procedures
  • Answer all telephone calls to Al Salwa Head Office
  • Send Al Salwa catalogue and price list to existing customer requests
  • Respond to existing customer queries
  • Process all customer orders
  • Follow and track all order deliveries
  • Data entry, issuing invoices, receipts and credit notes
  • Send periodic customer account statements and chase outstanding customer debts
  • Transfer any prospect customer enquiries to the sales team
  • Assist in organising local and regional book-fairs
  • General office admin responsibilities to support Al Salwa operations
  • Always represent Al Salwa in a positive, helpful and respectable manner
