We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. He/ She will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
As a Sales Account Manager, you need to work on:
• Satisfy customers’ needs and requests.
• Respond to their queries in a timely manner
• Aspire to deliver a positive customer experience
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Generate new business using existing & potential customer networks
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers ASAP
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets based on company objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Minimum Requirements are:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Driving license is a must.
• Owning a car is preferred.
• Well presented.
