1- Job title: Senior Financial Analyst

Reporting to: CFOHow Do You Fit In?The successful individual in this Senior Financial Analyst role will provide key economic support for major initiatives with primary responsibility for financial analysis, recommendations, and presentations relating to fundraising for Senior Management. You’ll join the Finance team in a dynamic environment.Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understanding key business drivers, financial performance and identifying trends
- Developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Performing research and analysis for operation expansion as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Interactions with potential investors & shareholders & legal team
- Compiling and preparing revenue and business reports
- Preparing weekly/monthly business updates
- Preparing and analyzing the month-end finance deck
- Coordinating the revenue process and ensuring the accuracy of revenue reporting
- Preparing the revenue forecast for pipeline opportunities
- Reviewing commercial documents (e.g. NDAs, proposals), ensuring that they are properly and systematically signed, managed, filed and collected in line with company policies.
- Performing revenue accounting tasks and ensuring a timely month-end close
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and highlighting discrepancies
- Analyzing revenue variances and imputed interest and incorporating into the month-end deck.
- Coordinating year-end audit and revenue analyses as required by external audit team
Qualifications, Requirements, and Job-Specific Skills- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Possess a professional certificate is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Working knowledge of financial strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related financial and accounting systems.

2- Job title: Credit Officer

Reporting to: Operations ManagerDuties & Responsibilities
- Review loan requests.
- Assess clients’ financial status.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks.
- Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
- Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates).
- Set up payment plans.
- Maintain updated records of loan applications.
- Follow up with clients about loan renewals.
- Data entry.
- Maintaining client records (soft and hard copies).
Qualifications, Requirements and Job-Specific Skills- Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business.
- (0-2) years of experience.
- Ability to use Technical System.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Working under pressure
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
