SAMA Telecom is looking to hire a System Administrator in order to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
Train end-users how to setup and use our platform.
Backup and restore an organization's data files and systems.
Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
Remote IT help desk technicians provide technical support over the phone or Web.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technolog
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Good experience in SQL and IIS
Minimum 2 years experience
