The main responsibilities include:
 Collating, reviewing and deconflicting data and information related to allegations received
and investigations conducted by the Agency and maintaining a contemporaneous record of
each allegation and its disposal in accordance with the Agency’s misconduct policies,
issuances and instructions;
 Coordinating with field office and DIOS investigations’ staff to ensure timely receipt of all
allegations received and ensuring consistent recoding standards are maintained;
 Using data regarding allegations and investigations to prepare Agency reports to
stakeholders, including quarterly Fraud, Sexual Misconduct, Neutrality and allegations
involving violence affecting children; assisting in preparation and analysis of the DIOS
quarterly and annual reports or other ad hoc reports;
 Recording, reviewing and maintaining data on the Agency’s case management system and
assisting in enhancing and improving the case management system or other analytical
tools as necessary;
 Assisting the Agency’s Central Intake Unit to maintain accurate records of allegations
received and assisting in organizing the misconduct intake committees of the Agency;
 Presenting agency misconduct data and trends to stakeholders as required, participating
in agency anti-misconduct initiatives and workshops on behalf of DIOS;
 Providing support on database management and statistical analysis by assessing new tools
and standards relevant to statistical data collection, sharing, storage, presentation and
dissemination and reporting; driving improvements to the existing systems and practices,
including the use of online reporting mechanisms, and developing ways of linking DIOS
reporting to Field Office, Legal and Human Recourses stakeholders.
To qualify for this position, you will need:
Education A university degree from an accredited educational institution in
mathematics, accounting, law or related field;
Work
experience
Four years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in statistics,
analytics, accounting, or law related to administrative or criminal
investigations;
Language(s) Fluency in oral and written Arabic;
Fluency in oral and written English.
Desirable qualifications
 Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular expertise in Excel;
 Certification in statistical analysis software.
Equivalency
When the minimum requirements are not fully met, the Director of Human Resources may
exceptionally substitute part of the unmet requirements with a combination of relevant
academic qualifications, additional professional training and progressive relevant work
experience.
NB: Work experience alone or formal qualifications with no relevant work experience are not
considered an acceptable combination.

Conditions of service
Monthly basic salary JD 919.80. Other benefits include monthly Provident Fund
contribution (15% of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30
days of annual leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable).
Additional information
The incumbent may be required to travel in the Agency’s area of operations in the Middle East.

The main responsibilities include:
 Maintaining and updating HQ Amman recruitment related documents and files, including
electronic and hard copy files of Area recruitment processes by year; following up with
the Recruitment Section (RS) staff regarding any missing documents to ensure
completeness and proper filing of recruitment files; assisting with the filing of
International recruitment files as required;
 Maintaining UNRWA Online Recruitment Information System (ORIS); providing access to
hiring managers and keeping records thereof; providing support to hiring departments
and other users on ORIS related issues; liaising with IMD on resolving technical issues;
 Creating, maintaining and updating recruitment reporting tools such as databases or
spreadsheets of candidates’ applications and rosters and assisting in the design of such
tools; preparing and updating recruitment statistical reports as requested; checking
various recruitment records, forms and tables for accuracy and initiating corrective
action, or escalating to the higher level/s as needed;
 Assisting with administrative and logistical arrangements for interviews and tests,
including contacting short-listed candidates for tests and personal interviews, supervision
of tests, coordination of videoconference test-calls with Information Management and
Technology Department (IMTD), conference room management and preparation of
information packages and interview materials;
 Assisting in screening applications for Area posts against established post criteria to help
determine candidates’ qualifications and experiences, as needed;
 Drafting recruitment related correspondence, including replies to internal and external
candidates, forms, and other materials;
 In coordination with the supervisor, preparing and ensuring completeness of recruitment
submissions for final review by the Head, RS before relaying to DHR’s Office for approval.
To qualify for this position, you will need:
Education Successful completion of full secondary education;
Two years’ post-secondary diploma in business and office practice, or
other related discipline;
Work
experience
At least four years of administrative and/or clerical experience in an
international or large commercial organization, preferably in a
personnel/recruitment related function, including two years at a
senior clerical level;
Language(s) Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Desirable qualifications:
 University degree from an accredited educational institution in business and office
practice or a related discipline;
