Qualifications & Skills:
• A college degree in an IT related field
• 0-2 years of experience in technical/ semi-technical customer support environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• The ability to handle stressful situations
• Results oriented mindset
• Problem solving and documentation skills
• Organization and time management skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling and driving to resolution inbound requests coming from different channels mainly via phone
• Analyzing problems and providing resolutions using troubleshooting skills and all available resources
• Training, educating and guiding the customers on all supported applications as per the customers’ requirements
• Preparing the needed documentation
• Communicating with internal/external stakeholders and organizations
• Understanding and communicating the details of invoices, the billing cycles, credits, refunds, and cancellations
