Scope of responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and taking decisions at the work site. The project coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the project, producing the expected results according to the work plan and ensuring compliance with the quality and financial plan established for the project at the specified time. Operational responsibilities Planning and Organizing
- Verify the accuracy of the daily, weekly and monthly statistics of the Centre, ensure that reports are submitted for review at the specified time and without any delay,
- Write donor Quarterly, Midyear and final reports as required for the project, working with Grants Manager.
- Ensure, in coordination with the staff of the specialized center and the supporting staff of the Arab Medical Relief Society, that all agreed procedures are followed carefully and consistently in the triage, registration, Emergency and waiting area. Ensuring as well, sound policies for clinics, the laboratory and the pharmacy,
- Contribute in preparing the project document and collecting the required data and information, including the budget, timetable, sound project frameworks, objectives, expected results and performance indicators.
- Ensure smooth management, implementation and integration of project work plans and budgets (budget forecasting, development of spending plans, procurement plans, and budget follow-up), ensuring best use of resources across activities.
- Representing the AMR at the Zaatari level for relevant meeting, including but not limited to the camp management meeting and health coordination meeting.
- Maintaining good cooperation and coordination with local partners, project partners and other officials. Engage with key stakeholders at the camp level.
- Directly managing the staff and facilitating the means of training for them, provide ongoing support, coaching and capacity development opportunities.
- Responsible for updating the Organogram of the center to ensure clarity for the span of control, scope of influence and responsibilities for all employees,
- Responsible for updating the technical parameter and inputs for the appraisal review of all staff.
- Prepare all financial claims due on to canter in a timely manner for approval and disbursement,
- Authorized person for the canter the supporting departments in the Arab Medical Relief Society and at the camp level in any correspondence

- Has a general understanding of the scope of Quest health initiative, objectives and principles.
- Is aware of the center objectives and activities in general and in the working context.
- Participates actively in meetings and trainings.
- Observes security procedures when instructed.
- Is aware of the code of conduct and general rules of the implementing partner. Information
- Is aware of security, social and political situation and keeps information up-to-date.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferable in Health, medical or Humanitarian field.
- Experience: A minimum 5 years' experience working in international NGOs.
- Fluency in spoken and written of English and Arabic languages is required
- Setting high standards of performance for self and/or others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed; ensuring interactions and transactions are ethical and convey integrity.
