A Leading company in Amman is looking for “IT Support Specialist” as the following: Duties: • Prioritize, monitor, work and track incoming helpdesk tickets and phone calls. • Provide remote or onsite service to end-users on software- and hardware-related problems. • Have understanding of networking hardware in order to assist network personnel in troubleshooting issues and installation of new or replacement hardware. • Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues • Work on installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, networked printers, scanners, CCTV, system boards, projectors, switches, wireless access points, point to point repeaters etc. • Install, Configure and Maintain POS/Tablets System. (Hardware and Software) • Ability to learn and support new technology. Qualifications: • 2 - 4 years’ experience in IT Support • Bachelor degree • CCNA, MCSE Preferred • Familiar with Microsoft Products (Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS.Etc.) • Experience with network equipment, phone systems (VOIP or Analog), and wireless devices If you’re interested Please send your CV And mention the (IT Support Specialist) in the subject to:
