Project Management Unit (PMU)
The Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD) is seeking to employ a high-level manger to establish and oversee a Project Management Unit (PMU). In which he/she will be responsible for planning and overseeing organizational projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and within scope. This includes determining how project success will be measured and tracked, effectively relaying project goals and success markers to all stakeholders, mentoring and helping team members hit their goals, and acting as a liaison between the project team and upper level management. Additional duties include effectively allocating project resources, managing budgets, setting deadlines, continually monitoring progress, and regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed on project progress. This is a high-senior level role at the organization and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management leadership role.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft projects, ERP and/or data visualization systems and dashboards such as power BI.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Humanitarian and development experience is required.
