Promotion Supervisor with the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree in pharmacy.

- 3 years’ experience minimum in pharmaceutical promotion.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To achieve yearly targeted sales and growth.

• To provide the team with the proper on job coaching.

• To supervise the preparations and implementations of promotion activities to increase medical awareness and strengthen relations among targeted health care professionals.

• To insure maximum ROI obtained from sales & promotion activities.

• To build strong professional relations with KOL health care providers and to meet their needs and expectations according to company policies.

• To supervise building a strong data base on market, customers and competitors.

• To achieve the team KPIs & to monitor performance on daily, weekly & monthly bases.

Administrative & Reporting duties:

• Interviewing & hiring new team members.

• Identifying & recommending subordinates training and development planes.

• To prepare performance & activities reports on regular bases.

• Follow up administrative team issues.
